Killing two birds with one stone with this one! requested this a dog's age ago, AND it fit with the theme for 's Mock War Day 2 over on EqD. Time to finish it, then!


So...... this took way too long to complete. Mostly because I kept switching up how I was doing things, and kept being unhappy with the way it was turning out. At this point, though, I'm just overworking it, so it's time to call it complete, whether I like it or not.

EDIT: Forgot to say! The request was for the colts under the barbed wire to be "shot" over by Shadowbolt Unicorns (like they sometimes do with machine guns today) with the instructor looked on.

The instructor, by the way, was to have three legs and one wing. So... yeah!
