Already independently hosted elsewhere to submit to EqD for :iconphoekun:'s Mock War Day 1, but I figured I'd put it up here as well!

So, the theme was to draw a pony in a uniform or armor. I took the previous Mock War post about the role of different types of ponies and tried to design armor to match! So, since Unicorns are shields and long-range magic, I figured they'd be lightly armored for greatest mobility. So, here's my take on the armor/uniform for the Equestrian Unicorn Corps!

(By the way, the patch on the bags reads "Unicorn: Verberare et Defendare" - I'm not sure if the Latin is actually correct on that. I was thinking I'd try and vector it up, but...

This would make a great episode or two parter, the three races separated, split into three teams, all to accomplish one mission. Seeing unicorns like twilight, rarity, and trixie team up, same with the other races. Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, Derpy, wonderblots, and Lightning Dust. Applejack, Pinkie Pie, Big mac, Zecora, and Filthy Rich.

i just love how cocky Trixie looks, and i can totally see Twilight becoming way too serious in a situation like this. Kind of like an anything to win mentality. Like Ruthless Shepard!
